Fantastic service, bought 2 new mirrors for my house online but wanted to see what they looked like in person so I called the shop. They didn't have one of them in the shop but said they'd order it in for me and I didn't need to commit to buying it. It came in the next day. It wasn't the right dimensions for what I needed but as promised they were absolutely fine about it. Such good service I recommended my friend get a picture framed there too and they said the same thing about the service.
