Rude staff, no clear markings for where people should be queueing so you end uo having 3 queues

Excellent service and friendly staff
Rude Staff, on multiple occasions I've been ignored whilst queuing for the post office desk then to be told they're closed even though the opening hours are clear on the website. I've been informed to return the following day just to be told they're closed again, highly recommend st. johns post office.
Very rude staff. Before I finished asking about post office - the women just looked at me and said ‘it’s not open’ (at 11:00 on a Tuesday?) don’t waste your time going here
