An architect that actually listens to a customer's wants, and comes up with some great ideas, The first and most important thing when building an extension is choosing the right architect, get this wrong and it can cause no end of problems for the Builder and the customer. From the builders point of view time spent setting out, checking and re-checking measurements etc, from the customers point of view incurring extra costs as a result of poor drawings with little or no details. That's why I've been using Brian at BMac design and development for over 10 years. not only are his drawings detailed and accurate, he actually listens and cares to what the customer wants, and comes up with alternatives to suit the clients budget. Brian's more than capable to answer any questions you have, regarding planning, building regs, pricing and design etc.
