Avoid at all costs, they have failed to honour a contract signed in October 2019 and now some sixteen months later are trying to shift the blame to someone else in BT's hierachy. They ignore requests for information and fail to action emails and requests only the threat of legal action elicits any sort of response. Typical large organisation syndrome, it is always someone else's fault
