Absolutely terrible customer service, this store is staffed by rude staff and the management is equally as poor. Not worth 1 star, however zero is not an option. I ordered a bedroom, hall and stair carpet for my mother who is nearly 80, I made it clear when we ordered the carpet that she would have a stair lift fitted before they could fit it, and, I was assured that this would not be an issue. The fitting delay, I have since discovered is due to lack of fitters. When the fitters arrived they promptly refused to fit the stair carpet because the manager I spoke to had left and had not handed over the information about the stair lift being in place. The situation with the bedroom carpet was no better, they will only move 5 items... there was 6. They asked my mother for extra payment to move the item. I called the store and was told the manager was on his day off but he would call me.... he didn't. In fact I was told on another call later in the day \Our manager is off and wont be calling anyone\ I also was told that it was our fault that the previous manager had failed to pass on the information.... how I don't know. I cannot stress how poor the service we have received has been and I highly recommend anyone thinking of new flooring avoids this store.
