I have never had an issue In store but recently ordered online. I ordered 10 DVDs with a total price of 38.50. CeX then added a 19.50 delivery charge as they have a 1.95 per item charge. I wasn’t happy to pay this but understand the items could come from all over. When I received the parcel all 10 dvds were in one box and delivered by Royal Mail. When going onto their website, for the size and weight of the parcel, delivery via Royal Mail should have cost 4.74. I emailed customer services and received no help. I will not be using these again as majority of their products are overpriced and with the amount of profit they make on products I think it’s ridiculous to charge so much for delivery. They often buy products for pennies then sell them for pounds. I understand it’s a business but surely they should think of their customers more .
