Its difficult to get excited about gyms but DL is decent and has good facilities and is kept pretty clean. Great if you have kids or like tennis. Spin studio has cool lighting but bikes are basic and a touch too small for me. Cafe is good. Impressive quiet/work room. Always plenty of cleaning and gym staff on hand. As usual with gyms communicating with them isn't always easy and they have strange membership levels which you need to interrogate them about. Probably the best big gym in Newbury

Quite expensive but you get what you pay for. Extensive gym and free weights. Loads of classes and easily bookable with their app. 7 tennis courts, indoor and outdoor (heated) pools and spa. Lots of helpful staff. Nice changing rooms always clean.

Really nice atmosphere, clean and really well run, staff are help and the food is great from the onsite cafe. Main attraction for me is the 2 swimming pools

Actually a well presented club, quite clean, friendly if very very young staff. Be careful if you have an off peak membership and arrive five minutes late - you’ll be lectured by a wet 18 year old who may or may not let you enter. Management way over staffed, no idea who to deal with. The very lovely Aisling being an exception. Never seen so many children in a gym restaurant, more of a mother’s social club. Unusually for a review it’s not the establishment that is so bad, it’s the members. Literally the most unfriendly cliquey group I’ve ever come across - creating an unwelcoming atmosphere throughout. Must be a Newbury thing I guess.. I literally couldn’t wait to leave this place every time I worked out.

A quality club as you would expect from the high membership price. Terrible management that offer very poor customer service. Parking is very tight and had my car damaged twice while at the gym.
