It’s a shame I have to write this, as most of the staff are pleasant and helpful. But tbh viewing the Store Manager speaking to his staff is highly disgusting. You can tell his got no respect for anyone but himself
Always nice to visit Dunelm. Staff are always very friendly even when stressed up to the eyeballs. Stock was a bit low, but am sure I can wait.
Had what I wanted, when I went to pay it came through at a higher price. The cashier said she would tell somebody to get it sorted. No offer of a price match and refund. I went and took a photo showed it to another member of staff and had to queue to get the difference refunded. I have a feeling if I was served by the second person they would have sorted it there and then. Poor show from the first cashier.
Very easy click and collect and the product looks to be a good quality and stylish
