My totally destroyed vehicle was recovered by this company, selected and instructed by the Police after a severe accident which I was lucky enough to survive without a scratch. Superbly professional recovery operative took me back to their base, offered me a hot drink and helped book a cab for onward journey. Vehicle and premises a bit grubby and shabby (hence the 4 stars) but all staff were delightfully supportive, friendly and good at what they did. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Great service. Recovery of horselorry, arrived in time scale promised unlike first recovery company who didn't arrive at all. Knowleable, polite and friendly guy who got us home safely.
Very disappointed that the vehicle was not actually recovered to where the said they would send it, which they also texted me, but to a completely different location. Fortunately for me, I rang them as it was supposed to be local so I could collect something, then after another 30 minutes of frantic phonically, located the vehicle and notified my garage hopefully before they dispatched a lorry to collect it.
After a breakdown in Oxford the RAC called in Egerton to get my wife, Transit van and caravan home to Littlehampton. Richard arrived at the specified time, took charge and loaded us all up carefully. The drive home was a pleasure. Richard was a calm influence and a superb driver. He helped us unload as carefully as he had loaded us. Egerton are to be congratulated on the truck - it was clean, quiet and comfortable. I have no wish to be recovered again, but if it happens I hope it is with this company. Congratulations all round. damaged my property going up and down on my land this job was nothing to do with me. and not even a good morning when i went out see what was going on as woke me up as i work night. i don't appreciate being given evils for being on my drive. your the ones that are trespassing.
