Easy peasy rental process. Would be 5 star but after finding out you have to pay your insurance excess per piece of damage on their vehicles. Imagine having a 400 excess and causing 3 bits of minor damage whilst hiring, then having to pay out 1200 for repairs which wouldnt even cost this much to repair! Bit shocking really.

My car broke down on the way to a weekend away. The office wasn't even supposed to be open but they found me a rental car and waited for my car to be recovered and returned to Newbury which took almost 2hrs. Friendly, helpful, excellent service.
