I was supposed to get a phone call when my depression and anxiety medication was ready as there was an issue and they were unsure if they could let me continue taking them without me speaking to another doctor but no one contacted me. I ran out over a week ago which they knew about. Apparently my meds have been ready to pick up for over a week. No one told me. So now my mental health will suffer. I'm going to have to get uses to the pills again. The receptionist I spoke to didn't even say sorry. She didn't show any sign of compassion. Talking on the phone is hard for me. Especially when I've been off my meds for over a week because they can't be bothered to contact me to tell me they are ready like they said they would. They also sent it to the wrong pharmacy instead of the one I requested meaning I'm going to have to wait longer until I can get them as the place they sent them too is too far for me to get to on my lunch break from work. I'm going to literally have some bad mental health days over Christmas because of their mistakes and they didn't even care.

I would like to say thank you as in that difficult situation doctors and reception team to me are very understanding and helpful. On Monday Dr gave us appointment and medications as my son had fever etc, on Wednesday I called at 11 am to explain my concerns as my son wasnt better at all, Dr again ask as to come and change medication. All better, now. I am with Falkland Surgery 12 years. Thank you.
i can't see how the nhs is overwhelmed...can't get to talk to anyone or book anything on line and my god ..i hope you are tech savvy to register
Impossible to even speak to a doctor. I'm not entirely sure what is actually the purpose of this surgery.
Terrible service.. Hate having to use them.. The doctors are good but it's always impossible to get seen... Be on hold for a good 30 min only to be told no appointments call back tomorrow... And this will happen for days in a row.. If you can use a different doctors then do so
