Having bought our engagement rings and wedding rings here, my fiance and I feel so welcomed here that we almost want to invite the people who served us to the wedding itself! The staff remember our faces and what we were wanting last time we visited. They're always happy to help us, no matter how long we take making our minds up. We're never rushed and the staff are all understanding of the importance of making the right decision.

Amazing service, and such friendly staff. Even in these trying times with covid-19, the protocol they have in place is fantastic. I did not once feel this was not a safe place to be. Hand sanitiser in all areas of the shop and staff keep their distance from you. And when wanting to look at items, you sit at a table with a screen which they pass the items through to you. Everything is cleaned down as well. Thank you Fraser Hart for my stunning watch today.

Great experience! Wandered in, not sure what I was looking for. Offered tea, coffee or Prosecco and then found the perfect item! Olly was just amazing and offered up gift wrap - which he did wonderfully - including a great bow on the bag! Such a lovely place to visit - which definitely encourages more visits and therefore, more spending!
