I ASKED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR FOR ROBERT TO COME AND FIX A LEAK I HAD UNDER THE SINK IN THE KITCHEN. SINCE THEN IT HAD STOPPED. HOWEVER NOW IN DECEMBER 2020 IT HAS STARTED AGAIN. I HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL, CALL AND EVEN USE THE TEXT NUMBER WHICH IN THE ANSWER PHONE WAS MEANT TO BE QUICKER. AFTER ALMOST 1 WEEK NEARLY 2 IT IS NOW GETTING WORSE. SHAME AS HE WAS REALLY GOOD BUT NOW I GET THE FEELING OF BEING IGNORED AND NOT WANTING TO HELP EXISTING CUSTOMERS.NEVER MIND.

I chose this particular plumber because I read the reviews and this influenced my decision. I gave Rob a call, told him I had 2 toilets that needed attention and a dripping kitchen tap. He said he would fit me in later that day and within an hour he rang back to say he could call round straight away. He was really pleasant and friendly. Within the hour he had sorted problems with my 2 toilets. One had stopped flushing and the other needed new toilet flush buttons fitting as they kept jamming. By now I thought he might have been a bit fed up; but he was ready to tackle my dripping kitchen tap next. He said I’d need a new tap so my immediate thought was that this won’t be done for a while, so I was really pleased when he said he carried spares and appeared in minutes with a new tap. Hey presto! in no time at all it was all done. Whilst in my bathroom he noticed that the sink stopper was broken and he fixed that too. When it came to payment I thought he was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rob and as he left I told him I was putting him on speed dial in case something else went wrong. So thanks Rob for coming to my rescue and doing such brilliant work.
