So lucky to have this butchers locally to us... fabulous quality, incredible choice and really knowledgeable service from a family-run business that's been going since 1865! Just bought our rib of beef for Xmas (before prices rise) — hand picked and cut to our requirements (with plenty of tips and advice). Well chuffed!

Excellent service and very competitive prices
Highly unprofessional and rude behaviour. My wife had visited to buy lamb and was asked to take pre-packed lamb instead of the fresh lamb. The butcher in the shop has reached out to take the fresh lamb but shop keeper/owner has asked the butcher to provide pre-packed lamb instead and even inspite of butcher asking the shop keeper if he was sure. My wife has queried why this was being provided and has been told pre-packed lamb is same as fresh one - that's ridiculous. Absolutely baffling in giving a naive customer something they didn't ask for.
Had the BBQ ribs recommend by Sam - absolutely amazing. Great quality and value, highly recommend (especially with a good glass on Cotes Du Rhône)
