We have been customers of this practice for 10years, and never really had a problem apart from having to pay for appointments if we’ve missed ! (Fair enough) but has to work both ways I’ve since had a number of appointments cancelled by the dentist , I received a call before my check up to pay up front which I refused, my dentist recommended I have a hygienist appointment , so I booked and paid half towards the hygienist appointment I then get a text a few days later to remind me of my hygienist appointment (perfect) a few hrs later I get a text saying they have to cancel my appointment!!! Because it wasn’t worth the hygienist coming in from where she lived to do just a few hygiene appointments!! So be careful people don’t pay up front to get any treatment, I spoke to the hygienist my self Danielle she was very rude and clearly doesn’t care about her clients , just because it wasn’t worth travelling, maybe get a job closer to home !! Very poor, just over a week has now gone by 17/2/21 still no refund!! DO NOT PAY THIS PRACTICE UP FRONT FOR TREATMENT!!! ive also left 3 voice mails no calls back!!!!!!!

So far I have had 2 appointments with Iwona Kaminska, must say she is a breath of fresh air! Very warming, friendly and definitely attentive, I can't stand injections as they are normally worse than any of the drilling but when Iwona treats you she is absolutely amazing, I dont feel any pain from the needle or from the drill. She simple is amazing! I would highly recommend her to any new person looking for that gentle touch and anyone that has in the past had a bad experience, Iwona is the lady you should ask for!
Avoid at all costs!! After waiting 6 months for an appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early for my consultation. I checked in online and waited for 'contact from a member of the team' as stated in the messages sent to me by the practice. 8 minutes later I had recieved no contact, so called them to let them know I was outside. Sophie - The dismissive and rude receptionist, said a nurse had looked for me and they have cancelled my appointment!! She went on to divulge that the dentist had left the building 2 minutes ago (7 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and gone home! Sophie the receptionist then put the phone down on me!! The level of professionalism shown was appauling and I can only see this as a blessing in disguise - would you really want these people giving you dental treatment?
excellent - from the first time i entered the practice, it gave me a warm friendly welcome. the reception team put me at easy, before i had to see the dentist. the dentist i saw was a lovely lady that explained everything i needed step by step. i am a nervous patient but can honestly say i will be returning and recommending you to all family and friend. A BIG THANK YOU
I had a deep root filling that left me with a infection causing me to be ill for many years at the time the dentist said “I can only find two of the nerves not three but you won’t feel anything” after having the tooth removed my health has returned I had looked at having a implant at this surgery too but it was four times the price of others. I’m not a person who usually complains as you can see by my other reviews.
