Absolutely fantastic service. Our case was complicated to say the least but Sofie went above and beyond to assist and achieve the desired result. Very honest and trustworthy. Would most definitely recommend their services! I really cannot praise them highly enough.

I cannot recommend Carol Brown and Sophie Collins highly enough. They were kind and professional throughout the entire process of getting a mortgage and life insurance. Their advise and support was second to none and the communication was just right at exactly the right times. We approached Carol after initially going to a broker we have used previously who only searched 3 providers for us. Carol went above and beyond and searched 14 providers and subsequently managed to find a bank that would lend us an extra 20k enabling us to be able to afford our dream home. The providers of products and products themselves offered to us were chosen specifically for our circumstances were excellent and from reputable companies. We retrospectively declined income protection after initially saying we would buy it, but it was no problem for Carol having done a lot of work on applications for us. No questions were asked about this whereas I feel other brokers would put barriers up and objectives to try and convince you to revoke your decision - it was a no pressure approach. Absolutely faultless, thank you Carol and Sophie!

I will never use again, poor communication and I paid upfront to be left without a mortgage. Save your money and go elsewhere.
