Tasty good quality food. Delivery was on time and nicely packaged and labelled. Web site ordering is quite easy too, though I think prices are a bit higher than elsewhere.
6 months old now and still looks like 8t opened yesterday. A well looked after takeaway that also sells great food

Overpriced, poor portion size and tasteless meat. I ordered the beef curry meal for one with egg fried rice. The rice was sufficient for 2-3 people but barely enough curry for one. Meat was grey and tasteless and meal overpriced for what it was, and since when were prawn crackers a starter?? These should be a complimentary addition. I think Hotcha are trying to justify their fancy packaging with their unreasonably elevated prices. No thanks Hotcha, I will stick with my local takeaway in future!

2nd visit after a great meal a cople of weeks ago, ordered half a crispy duck which was great. Ordered half a crispy duck yesterday (11/3) and when I opened the packet found 2 over cooked legs not what I ordered. I complained and will get a full credit, however the manager stated head office had told them to do this (I am not the only person to complain) as they are having supply problems. The food was great but if they supply customers with what they want to sell not what was ordered they are going to have problems.
