Their ePOS system is absolutely riddled with bugs. Good luck getting any of them fixed. They call that a 'new feature request' and it's sent into a development black hole. They've got staff working from home manning the support phone lines at the moment which is fair enough. But you don't expect to hear them playing 'Call of Duty' on the other end when you're trying to get support with your till....
