We've used J Finance for every mortgage we've had - starting with our first about 15 years ago when they were a tad smaller than they are today. As they've grown, nothing has changed - brilliant people making moving house quite simply much easier. Genuinely - I can't think of any reason to deal direct with a lender. Jonathan and Cristina have been perfect in the mortgage side - responsive, straight forward and nothing too much trouble. We've also taken out some mortgage life cover which again seems a daunting prospect, but Jonathan had some straight-up advice and Claudine made the whole application process really smooth. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! Keep it up guys!

Daniel and his team went above and beyond to help us navigate through the application and they took all the hard work out of the process. Daniel helped us secure a great interest rate, which is affordable to our circumstances and he took the time to explain all of the options available to us - this is something we found to be invaluable as first time buyers. From submitting the application to receiving an offer took approx. 10-14 days - which is excellent given we are in the middle of a pandemic! Needed a mortgage broker to navigate the complex market, as my case was not very straightfoward. J Finance made this extremely easy from the get-go, and was easily the best out of the two or three brokers I initially contacted. Unlike other brokers which seem to operate a cold and unfriendly service, Rowan at J Finance was extremely responsive, and knowledgeable, and simply the most helpful. Rowan always got straight to the point, and shared hard facts and figures with me as a maths guy, and was very honest with his approach. I will whole heartedly recommend J Finance for anyone seeking a broker, a lot of the other firms are a complete waste of time.
