Such a good way if keeping fit. The instructors are brill and it's a very friendly atmosphere. Recommended to give it a go, who knows, you might become addicted.

The most amazing fitness class, the best thing I did was start coming here. My instructor Serena is absolutely amazing and I have made some great friends. I have taken my baby with me since he was 3 months old and now he is 15 months. They 're so friendly and I have lost so much weight and toned up so much!
