I’m a long-term customer of Laurabella and I’m always impressed by the therapists, their knowledge and professionalism. The salon managers have not only adapted to keeping a COVID19 secure and safe salon, but also ensure the smooth running of the total environment. Using top brands and always looking at new trends, I would highly recommend Laurabella for all your health and beauty needs.

Lovely day at the spa, the receptionist (sorry I can’t remember her name!) is so warm and welcoming and an asset to the team. She advised us of a great offer which we took advantage of - 1 hour massage and hot tub for a fantastic price! The outdoor area with hot tub and outdoor seating is wonderfully relaxing, and close to lockers etc which is very convenient. The massage itself was great. Can’t recommend the spa more highly and will definitely be returning in the near future!

Booked a couples massage as part of their Autumn offer. Hot tub experience great. Covid secure. All good so far. Idea was a massage back and shoulders with a facial. Now here it goes wrong. My partner suffers with a bad shoulder and is having other work done on this so we asked if instead of the facial part of the treatment could the therapist massage her legs instead. Simple hey! You’d think. Firstly the therapist got stroppy at the start as it was agg to change. Which seemed simple to us. Even less hassle as don’t have to mix oils. Then the massage was generally awful given the atmosphere already ensued. It lasted 38 minutes, less than the 50 minutes offered as apparently because of the facial not being done the therapist thought enough massaging was done and walked off. I was having a massage next door and saw the therapist walk off and then I was then worried I hadn’t finished at the same time not realising the 50 minutes weren’t up. On our way out we tried to complain about the poor service and was shouted at as being a trouble maker! Omg! Thought the customer came first. I hope lockdown means they retrain their therapists in customer service and put customers first. Last point: if any changes or extras asked for meant more money then no worries I would gladly paid as I was our anniversary present to my partner. I’m writing to the owner too as really a shocking experience.
In my late 30's I was still suffering from spots and had spent a fortune on different treatments & products. A facial at Laurabella changed my life. No one had given me the skin analysis and advice I received there and since using their product daily I haven't had spots. I am so grateful for their professionalism and my friends loved their other treatments as well.
