I went there for the first time yesterday (1st September) they are not far from where I live so need to go into town and park, I booked on-line in the morning and luckily Tuesday's is their late night so booked appointment for 8pm same day. The Salon was spotless, the outside of the building had indicators on where to stand, I was greeted by a lovely young lady who provided me with a very thorough form on how the Salon operates during Co-Vid her name was Fay, very positive about the business and I was in and out within 10mins (eyebrow wax). There was another young Lady there working didnt get her name but very professional and very happy. I do not usually write lengthy reviews but this is throughly deserved, I drive past the hairdressers/salon every morning, windows are always open and doors and cleaning is always in progress, I hope the Owner reads the reviews.

LOVE this place! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You get a drink and a biscuit when you sit down and most importantly my nails have been beautiful every time. No electric tools either.

A cheeky BN&S on a Saturday afternoon - a 50% offer with Georgina was too good to refuse. As a relatively new customer, I'm made to feel increasingly comfortable when I arrive and leave feeling well looked after. Thanks.

I have been going to Tracy the business owner for over 25 years !!!! which is very scary but totally understandable as they over first class treatments by super professional staff and in a lovely environment. If you want the best nail technician in Newbury then book in with Tracy she is amazing , and their dermatological facials are to die for just what we need in this ever changing weather which plays havoc with our skin, superb salon
