Massive thank you to Marcus Simmons at the Newbury branch who carried out my service check today on my A-Class! Once completed he was thoroughly informative with all the details regarding the service and genuinely took his time to explain everything! Did not feel rushed at all. Very kind for him to offer his assistance if anything further was needed, which is definitely reassuring. Loved the touch of the Virtual Visual health check which shows they go above and beyond with their work. Many thanks Marcus for your help, was a pleasure meeting you.

Really really bad experience very very disappointing, I just paid 455 quid for a service, they did a really bad job, they also got someone to wash my car and then managed to scratch it. The customer service is the worst, I definately won't be going back. I have since found a local garage who re-did the work and for a quarter of the price and did a much much better job. Dear Raju, I only had very basic requests for my cars service, you failed all of them, then washed my car of your own accord and scratched it in the process. I left yesterday knowing that I now have to find another garage who can actually help. Visiting your garage was a complete waste of time and money, there is no way I would come back, there's simply no point, I need to find someone who can actually do the work.

It’s frustrating enough that MB refuse to acknowledge there is a long standing and known issue with SLK roofs leaking and want to charge a fortune to look at their own poor quality build. It’s even more frustrating when I’m told I’ll get a call from the service manager and it doesn’t happen. Poor quality and poor service!

Very pleasant experience!! The salesman I dealt with, Mahmoud Ghrab, was very attentive and knowledgeable! He did not try to force a sale instead listened to what I wanted and gave me options to satisfy my requirements. Thanks a lot Mahmoud, and everyone else I dealt with at MB of Newbury!

What an amazing company to deal with, they have been fantastic from start to finish. In particular I'm speaking about Chris Radcliffe in sales; he has been brilliant and has actually made this experience the best I have had in 15 years of doing PCP deals across all manufacturers. Nothing was too much trouble for this guy, even down to driving the car over 1.5 hours to meet me on his day off ! Thanks Chris, you have been a star !
