Moss Vehicle Maintenance is a 1st class establishment. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Great place excellent service
They are happily to ignore the law set by DVLA when scrapping a car a V5 is not required however you must be presented with ID that matches the registered owner. I called up to find out someone else had arranged for my car to be scrapped and clearly they ignored the fact it wasn't that persons vehicle to scrap. I simply wanted the car repaired or returned. Not only this but Kim was incredibly rude in defending her inexcusable actions. I have reported this to 101 and DVLA. Since dealing further with the business owner regarding a vehicle of mine he handled i have since had to deal with the most rude individual known as 'Lee'. the issue has forced me to contact trading standards and the police for the way he handled my car. Do not use this business.
Engine coolant light came on driving down the M4 saw Moss on Google and detoured right in. Couldn't be more friendly and took a look at the car right away. Ran the tests they needed to. Even got a comfy warm couch to sit on. Although they couldn't fix the problem that afternoon they did offer to get the part in and fix our car ASAP. Unfortunately we had to get home over 100miles away. So Lee (I think) patched us up gave us some water and gave us good safe advice for getting home. We asked how much but they wouldn't have any of it. They really did save us. So kind and friendly. Thank you all so much. We did get home safe and sound.
