I just tried to order a car battery to be delivered to me or picked up by courier. They had the battery in stock but couldn't deliver as I'm not a trade customer, they don't accept orders by phone and their online ordering system is not working. The suggested solution was that I'd have to go into the store but unfortunately, I have a dead battery!
