Charlotte, is an absolute star! She's helped me so much with my back issues and she's a lovely person to speak to. I always feel at ease in her care.The lovely receptionist Lyn is always attentive and welcoming and always has a smile on her face when I see her. Truly all of the staff at the Newbury Chiropractic Centre are amazing! I Would 100% recommend their practice to anyone.

Charlotte has been looking after my creaky old bones for over 10 years now and during this time she has always shown great care and empathy, whilst also showing the highest level of professionalism. Following the first lockdown, I returned to the practice, not having seen her for some months. Charlotte recognized a change in me and with persistent but sensitive questioning, she encouraged me to talk to my GP. She very thoughtfully also wrote to him with my permission. A subsequent blood test, reveled that my PSA score was of concern and my GP referred me to the Hampshire Clinic, for further investigations. What followed was an MRI scan which showed a suspicious area on my prostate and a subsequent biopsy, proved existence of cancer. I had a Robot Assisted Radical Prostectomy, on the 10th December and as I sit here writing this, I am thankfully clear of any cancer! It was very timely that this was done, as the cancer, was very close to the margins and in time would of spread. Would I have pursued this, without Charlottes, caring attitude and persuasion? Probably not, as being male, I would most likely have procrastinated and put the symptoms down to \getting older\! I will be forever grateful for Charlottes advice and prompting to deal with my symptoms and it made me realize that your Chiropractor is much more, than just someone to keep you bones and joints moving! Talk to them openly if you need to, as they are a very important link in your health care plan. Charlotte is my chiropractor, but also a good friend. Thank you so much. Rob Moss

Highly recommend Newbury Chiropratic Centre. When you arrive you ring them to let them know you are here,then your Practitioner will come out and get you. Hand sanitizer is available along with a mask (for a small fee) if you have forgotten yours. The receptionist is protected behind perspex screens. The consulting room is clean sanitized and airy. Jane my chiropractor is kitted out in a disposable face mask,apron and gloves,the couch is covered in disposable paper which is replaced after every client and the couch sanitized as is any equipment straight after use,that includes the door handle. Once finished you head to reception where there is a 2 metre marker to stand on whilst paying, it is contactless and can be done through the perspex screen,if you are paying more the payment machine is cleaned before and after use. The reception is clean and bright the seats are covered in protective plastic. There is hand sanitizer available at reception. All the staff are happy friendly people.

Thank you to Jane, Charlotte and Nicole for the fantastic treatment which keeps me pain free. They give great advice and home exercises to keep me at my best. The Reception team are always friendly and helpful. The clinic is modern, and fresh with great facilities. Why would you go anywhere else?!
