CrossFit Newbury has totally transformed my attitude towards fitness and so much for the better. Feels like all the best bits from other gym practices rolled up into one bumper package, minus the horrid boring bits; supportive team spirit from everyone there, bloody hard work but so rewarding, never the same workout, quality instruction and one-to-one, plenty of laughs along the way. Huge thanks to Grant and his team. Loving it! Would highly recommend.
