Shocking customer service (if you could even call it that). If you want a company that will mess you about and never answers their phones or replies to messages and then sends out a subcontracted engineer who had no clue about what the problem was as no one actually bothered to pass on any information onto him and he didn't have the parts to fix the issue then this is the company for you. They did send me an abrupt message after the engineer (who said he'll come back with the part and fix it in a few days) left to inform me I should go look for someone else on check a trade because "this is not a job they can fulfill" despite having all the details since day one.
