The staff at Newbury station, and Great Western in general, are wonderful. They went to great trouble to store my partner's lost rucksack, keep his valuables safe, and return them to us, despite the late hour and snowy conditions. They were so warm, trustworthy and helpful, it made us want to live in Newbury!
