Having received a call about an imminent upgrade to mine and my daughters phone, we thought we'd visit the store to look at handsets and talk through the options. Staff couldn't have been more disinterested - we did get help eventually but he was more interested in the other member of staff and others that came from the back and were planning their Saturday night out - heavens forbid! I'd only been singing the virtues of 02 telephone service a few days before!
