Office Outlet is Staples renamed by its new-owners Hilco Capital. So, I went to buy an office chair from these guys - marked up as reduced from 150 to 119 and guaranteed for 1 year but was told I could buy insurance as an extra (for a chair?). When I checked the Staples price, exactly the same chair was 89 with free delivery and guaranteed for 3 years. Clearly the same company is charging premium prices to walk-in customers.

Easy parking but fairly pricey.
We have not been to Staples for some time and were very impressed by the staff when we visited recently, particularly Luchasz who was very informative and helpful without being too pushy.
Was disappointed with the young man with a beard as he wasn't wearing a name badge. I was told that he would go get a manager to assist me, but neither him nor the manager returned to assist
