My wife collects charms on her Pandora bracelet, so every now and again I come here to buy her a new trinket. I am a typical bloke if it comes to shopping. I want to go in, get what I want and get out without spending too much time, and Pandora Newbury are perfect in that regard. The place is usually busy but the service is really nice and quick. I also had no problem exchanging a broken item for a new one, even without a proof of purchase.

Friendly, helpful staff... Plus my wife loves Pandora jewelry! Excellent for birthdays, Christmas and valentine's day! Besides, anything that keeps my wife happy is worth 5 stars!

Nice shop as you would expect, however sometimes not as helpful as you'd expect. We often go to Reading Pandora now as they are more customer friendly.
