I've been going to Graham's boot camp for over a year now. They are fun, friendly and you see great results! I've managed to lose 10kg and get myself back into running - and even managing to complete the Reading half marathon in under 2 hours. I would recommend his boot camps to everyone - good for all ages, fitness levels

Graham is great - I feel so lucky to have found him when we moved here. He's very approachable, fun and thorough. Every class is different, which makes it far more interesting too. Would highly recommend! Susie

I started personal training sessions with Graham in April 2016 and he is AMAZING!. I have enjoyed every weekly session with him as he mixes it up so you never get bored (and it keeps you on your toes). He is very knowledgable and is super supportive to help with my own personal goals. Would recommend Graham to anyone in a heart beat!

I have been personnel training now for 6 months and feel better that I have felt for ages. The training is specific for your own capabilities and needs, with overall body improvement obvious. A great way to spend the evening outside. I have also started to attended the boot camps which are outdoor sessions made fun by Graham and fellow BC's.

Training with Graham is fantastic. He is fun, friendly and super motivating - just what I need! My baby watches from his pram (or falls asleep...) as I workout in the park. Great fun!
