To start I was well looked after, then to realise you are just a number yourself to this company. Calling them for advice, you are then made to feel like you have been a burden and everything comes at a cost!! And I mean everything. At the start, all was well , however the customer care was lost and all it becomes about is how much money they can take and charge you. Even when you call them on phone for minor details they let you know it will be invoiced as an hourly charge depending on who you are speaking to and what their rates are. Plenty of other accountants out there is my advice. Do your research before committing
Appalling understating of a customers need and concerns, only interested in getting the invoices paid, not asking for approval of work. Avoid if you are not ready to face these issues.

We're okay to start with but now seem very dis-organised and don't return calls or emails. I've had to chase them up several times for my year end accounts and they still haven't done them! Very poor.
