Hearts Wisdom – Kundalini Mantra hosted by Sarah Wow, what can I say about this? Firstly, Sarah made the whole event feel comfortable and natural. It didn’t matter that I knew next to nothing about Kundalini, Sarah explained in such a way that even I could follow every step of the way without dumbing it down too much for the more advanced members. Since I suffer from numerous health conditions I must admit that I was a little dubious about trying some of the movements and stretches that we began with, but to my great surprise, they have helped amazingly! I would definitely give this whole event a 5*/5* rating and would recommend this for anyone of any level. I can not wait to do another! Alan
