Could not be bothered!!! I have posted details to many sites regarding a scratch repair to be sorted on our Vauxhall Astra 1.7cc 62 plate. Filled the form out with pictures and it said they would be in touch with in 24 hours by quote. Nothing, this was well over a week ago. These companies are not interested in low key cars only insurance jobs and expensive cars so they can charge the earth to the insurance companies or the people with a lot of money. If you don't want bad reviews try to reply to any customer in the time scale which you state instead of ignoring them.
