Pathetic, I had to get some B&W film whilst in Newbury and this seemed the only place that it was available. Firstly staff didn't know what I was asking for even though it was right in front of them and then the price of 15.99 for Ilford HP5 Plus 24 exposure is nothing short of a complete rip off - I can normally get this for 5 - 6 :( They have not only lost a customer but I will make sure that no-one I know uses them!

Jake and his team in Newbury one word fantastic, had my wedding photos done with them and even thou was very busy and had tech issues remained professional and courteous all way kept me updated also. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys
After a recent visit I laughed myself out the door at quoted prices. I requested 5x A1 prints of some cad drawings I had on a memory stick. I was quoted 49 per drawing. 245 total. Most other places will do for 4-7 per copy. I'm not sure if this was either a big mistake or an absolutely ridiculous mark up. Either way. Safe to say I'll never be using snappy snaps!
