Sophie is fantastic. Not only does she take the time to listen and analyse but she explains the reasons behind the issues. This allows you to understand why the pain/ discomfort is occurring. Therefore, when Sophie gives you an action plan - it makes sense. I've had a 'dodgy' knee for a couple of years and (touch wood) it's the best condition it has been in for a long, long time.
