Poor customer care, I hired a Tux that didn’t fit me on the day of my Christmas party so had to wear an alternative suit, Upon returning the Tux I mentioned that that trousers were too big and that I actually didn’t wear the Tux because I felt uncomfortable and silly in something that clearly wasn’t fitted to me, the owners response was “you tried the trousers so I don’t see what the problem is, if you didn’t wear it then this could of been out to hire for someone else” not once did he apologise, Or offer any refund or discount. I will not be recommending Suits of Newbury anyone.

If you are after simpering customer service, then it's not the place for you. If you want a great quality suit to fit you, it is very much the place to go. They do outsource the construction, but I cannot see the issue with having a suit made in Italy, which is where mine was made. A fantastic fit, well made, top quality materials, which is amazing and I look great in it. Take your time considering style and cloth before purchase as they are not a fashion consultancy, but a tailor.

Customer service was a joke the owner only seems to have time to be moody and condescending nothing was right. The owner was rude rather than advising you he told you how he wanted you. You will never get what you want because the customer is never right in his eyes. We had to drive 20 miles every time we needed to change something and that happened a lot. My trousers on my wedding day kept falling down I will never go back here and I'll never recommend! AVOID

Awful! We travelled some distance for what we thought was going to be a fitting for the bridal party only to be told that it was to take their measurements and they did not have the range of stock for my husband and son to try on suits. It would be delivered 4 days before the wedding and if anything was wrong they could let them know. 'Conveyor belt experience' to be avoided at all costs.
