Had a lovely lunch here (with great sweet potato chips), sitting in the garden. Service was at the bar, and someone was always there when we needed them. Covid precautions seemed fine. We had the Rishi discount, which made it seem very cheap, but the prices were reasonable anyway. Would happily go back again if in the area.
Delicious pub food, very impressed. Fresh and home cooked, they also offer gluten free options such as gluten free burgers/buns. I had the gf veggie burger and it was delicious!
Very nice place to stop for a bite to eat and a drink after a bike ride. Everyone from our group fairly enjoyed the food and the only downside was a slight lack of atmosphere. Place seems clean and fairly safe which is what mainly matters in the current climate.

Very friendly staff. Lovely food and so helpful with the gluten free options. Had a lovely afternoon in the beer garden with our dogs.
Wonderful fresh food, staff are always super helpful and will do anything to make your visit enjoyable. Fantastic selection of drinks (especially Gins) and local produce used. Very sweet quaint pub with a modern restaurant which feels very much in step with the building. The gardens are always well looked after and it's my favourite place to enjoy a beverage in the sunshine. At Christmas they have a beautiful giant Christmas tree in the restaurant and gorgeous decorations which makes it feel so special!!! Love this place.
First lunch at this out of the way public house. I thoroughly recommend it if you are in the area.
