Place is superb and humungous.. Lot of dinning area and drinks at cheap rate. Weather spoon service available. Chicken wings are my favourite and pizza are my favourite stuff here.

30 min wait for 4 drinks ordered via a app on 1st day open after restrictions.A day when you'd expect most pubs to be ready for a great days taking, enough staff etc make a fortune based on demand - your sat thinking very poor show indeed.

This was a cheap and cheerful stop over, the room was clean and comfortable- but incredibly small, the view was rather undesirable with a constant waft of food from the air vents. However, we were happy with that as we didn’t pay much for the room and we’ve stayed in much worse! It doesn’t have any parking so bear that in mind when booking. Very friendly staff and good value basic food.

Awful and shocking experience today. 7 of us went for lunch. There were no tables big enough so we sat on a table for 4 and added 3 chairs. We arrived at 11.50 and ordered drinks first followed by food. We were served multiple times without issue, in fact really well. At just after 1pm a different staff member came to clear the table and asked us to ensure that “next time” we didn’t move chairs and we should sit on two tables. She then returned some 3-4 minutes later and inexplicably and out of the blue told us we had to leave! We asked to speak to a manager. Another team member arrived, arms folded, and asked what we wanted . We explained why we’d asked to see her and how upset we were at being asked to leave. She offered no apology. When we pointed out that other tables had also pulled in chairs to cater for their larger groups she simply shrugged. We asked for her name. She refused to give it to us. We pointed out that we’d been there for over an hour and only after they’d taken our money and served us (without any comments or concerns) were they asking us to leave. We left immediately. We’ll not be going back and would caution anyone else from going there. Leaving a pub to be managed by teenagers on a Saturday afternoon is a recipe for disaster .
