Summary A confidential closed peer group of 10 CEOs and Founders of SAAS Companies where we all help guide each other in business decisions.   Background I founded the SAAS Peer Group last year because it's lonely at the top.  However the beauty of SAAS businesses is that we are all very similar and operate a similar business model.  Therefore we are all ideally positioned to help each other make difficult business decisions and to offer best practice advice.  I am also a member of Vistage which is a commercial organisation that sets up groups of diverse company CEOs and which I thoroughly recommend.  However I found I wanted guidance from CEOs and Founders who understood my SAAS business.   Joining I am not interested in growing the group commercially so at present it is a closed group with a maximum of 10 members.  We have strict eligibility criteria; members have to be CEOs of SAAS companies and they have to be willing to commit to attend 12 meetings a year in the London area.  If people miss 2 meetings within a 12  month period then they automatically leave the group.  We established the group only recently and we do still have a couple of vacancies but once they are filled we will switch to a waiting list.
