They have handled the coverage issues very well since the start of the pandemic and there is a good sense of cleanliness as well as all the staff being very attentive.. it does not get five stars because the food is either slightly crispy around the edges as in black and burnt or there is too much portion control goingas you can see my macaroni cheese looks a little bit alone in that bowl..

Can’t praise enough, Owen and the team, Elaine, Conner and Emily have been fantastic. I go several times a week with my various service users and they are all so helpful & welcoming. The food is great, going so often I think we’ve had almost everything on the menu and we can thoroughly recommend everything
What more could have gone wrong! We ended up eating separately hours after ordering and even then some of the food on the plates was missing. The only saving grace was the waiting staff who were kind and courteous. It's cheap pub grub but still I expect better.
Booking advisable especially at bank holidays. Food good and good value. Staff very friendly. Would go again if in the area. All in all a great experience xxx
Friendly staff, quick service. Fries were ok but the burger was fantastic. It gets really busy every weekday lunch time, so recommend arriving just before midday or there will be a wait.

Amazing food piping hot, steak came exactly as ordered and really great taste, no gristle or fat. Perfect size portion and just what was needed after a long days work. Staff were extremely polite and dealt with the covid upheivale very well.
Been going to the Swan regularly lately because the food is great and the staff are really good. I would definitely recommend this sizzler.
