I spoke to Jemma on the phone to get some advice about a packing station, i found her to be extremely professional and friendly. It's so refreshing to talk to someone who understands your query and advises you accordingly. Thank you As a person from an ethnic background I found the negative review below to be offensive and untrue as it is completely alien to how my experience with Treston was. The review below is seems to be a competitor or someone who has some strange delusional fantasy. Treston are awesome!

Staff are extremely unprofessional. Will do anything to make a sale and even go as far as making inappropriate jokes that I found offensive given I am partly from an ethnic minority group but may not look it. The management there seem uneducated and ready to write each other off. The female sales rep there caity, kate or katie, some variation was extremely flirtatious. It is all inappropriate behavior. The business needs to really assess its ethics and become more diverse.
