Peter Cox more than fulfilled my expectations when arranging the funeral for my late brother. The service went ahead with the minimum of fuss, and throughout Peter maintained a discreet and sensitive approach, whilst always being ready to help. He also arranged a humanist celebrant who performed her role admirably. The charges were fair, and there was none of the upselling pressure that I experienced from other funeral directors I had approached. Peter and his collegues were very helpful and considerate towards us at this very sad time after the sudden unexpected death of my mother in law. He was able to tailor a service suited to us as we had a limited budget as it was sudden and there was no life insurance and everthing was as his mum would have liked.
