I am delighted with the service we receive every day from Marcus and the team at Wolseley, Newbury. The combination of dedicated staff, excellent logistics and a handy web-based order and information system has dramatically improved the way we can operate and in turn the level of service we can deliver to our customers. As well as excellent service the team are a pleasure to work with, they’ve always got a smile and enjoy working together. When the pandemic struck, they were swift to implement the guidelines required to continue to deliver essential goods and services safely, and without them we would not have been able to continue to serve our customers, keeping the heat and hot water maintained. At the same time, they were locked down and working from home. All in all, a massive public thank you, and we look forward to working with Wolseley, Newbury for many years to come.
