Was " discharged " from services today because they claim I was a no-show twice! On both those occasions, I called and talked to a real person to cancel within the 24 hours as required. Iam a very responsible 68 year old for God's sake! Apparently, it's no one's job to record these calls.... really? The PT that I did receive from Karen P was very professional and helpful. James was very knowledgeable but never provided me with a sheet outlining the exercises he wanted me to perform. I had to record them myself during the session.... not the easiest things to jot down. And now, because of their negligence, I have to find a new place to go! Very very dissatisfied and disappointed.

I have been a patient for over two years and I'm now in my second round of therapy after a stroke left me unable to walk without assistance These folks are very professional and caring about the people they treat, I've had several rounds of therapy in other locations as well over the last 4.5 years and didn't even consider the other locations when I started this round. I'm not sure why the other reviews only gave them 2 stars? But I think 5 is very appropriate! Maybe because it is a small location? I'm not generally a 5 star kind of guy, I like to grade appropriately.Unlike the one review that got no answer I've never had any trouble contacting them

They had me on a twice a week schedule, something unfortunately happened to my physical therapist. They didn't reschedule me for over two weeks, no calls from them, they totally forgot about me, I couldn't make another appointment someplace else because of my insurance and my condition became worse.
