The best roast beef in the north shore. Also very underrated seafood. Fisherman's platter may be better than local seafood spots.

We always come here whenever we're in Newburyport. My husband grew up in the area and we've had mix experiences. During the last trip, roast beef weren't that great, it changed but today, it's back being the best! As for the super chicken which I had today, the patty surely have been thicker since the last visit. Might need a little bit more salt/pepper/garlic powder on it though but w mayo and ketchup, it will do. I love their onion rings too, the batter is the perfect amount just to crisp it and not overpower the onion.
Pizza by the slice is very good. Only eaten here a few times first was a Buffalo chicken sub second time was a roast beef... Both were fantastic. Roast beef was so moist and tender. What really sets this place apart is the sub rolls, SUPER fresh.

I grew up going to this place and it was always amazing and clean. The food was always fresh. Tonight I went in for I have not been here in a long time. It looked the same and the for the most part the same crew. But instead of making fresh food the two cooks looked at a burger that was already cooked and on the grill and said few words. The chef then began to reheat it and put water on it as if to make it look fresh. I told the lady to cancel my order and said what had happen. Really a shame to see such a great place go to waste.
Still one of my favorite places to go since childhood, I even used to skip school just to go to courtyard with my friends. Every time I come home from Maine I stop in and get my Super Beef. You guys are the best! PLEASE BRING BEEF TO MAINE
Very clean staff and professionals, not high school kids. Wish I came here sooner. Very kind people They will be closing next week for good after being in business for 30 years. Glad I at least tried it Thanks Courtyard!
Best Roast Beef Sandwich I had in a long time. 5*****. Beyond Excellent!!! Highly Recommend if travelling through Newburyport Area. This Place is A Must Do!!!
