Engage Your Core Pilates offered a 6 month package in Sept. 2020 during covid. Soon after the club did away with 6 mo th pkgs. However.they already took the fee of 899. At this point they are stating there are no group classes. They were always small group and machines were spaced out for reformer. According to the owner the paid money can go towards private classes. Those are 75 to 90 apiece not 6onths at 72 classes that I signed up for. Or get this find your own group of people gor small group. If you don't like that which most don't there is only one class of 4 friends. Then your money just sits there. I contacted the atty general and filed a complaint. I want the value of the package I signed up for in Sept. 2020 or money back. I am being taken advantage of. I am a senior citizen and partially disabled. They sold the package in Sept. Between my 2 shoulder replacements. I was told in writing they would honor the package and they are not. That is alot of money to take from a customer and not stand by the package. The club is oorn.
