I've recently ordered save the dates, wedding invitations, and wedding place cards through Greetings By Design over the past year and I cannot say enough good things about them! They are so easy to work with and they go out of their way to ensure that you love everything. They do an absolutely beautiful job and all in a very timely manner. Such a lovely experience working with them! I would highly recommend Greetings By Design!

We happened to find greetings by design by chance when we went to a wedding expo, it was great find! We worked with Deb and couldn't be happier with how our wedding invitations came out. We were able to get what we wanted and stay on budget. Deb always kept us in the loop on everything and she made sure everything went smooth. I would definitely recommend going to Greetings By Design for any invitation needs.
I had a lovely experience ordering wedding invitations. I had to video call with my Mom from Colorado to pick out design and owner was so helpful and understood exactly what we wanted. It was a relaxed setting as we spent time selecting just the right colors and simple but classic design. We are so happy with the final outcome and have had many positive responses from our guests! I highly recommend Greetings by Design!
I recently had a wonderful experience at this shop. I had called first to get specific hours and to see if we could get some personal help in searching for wedding invitations. My future daughter-in-law, wanted to see and touch the product and our son was pushing her to shop online. I understood her concerns, as in my day, you had no other choice. The owner, Deb, assured me we could meet up with her the following day. The bride to be, her mom and I made the trip to downtown Newburyport. Deb was extremely helpful in showing us options, that were not only in her budget, but were really beautiful as well. She customized the invitation with her and guided her as to how many to order, what pieces did she really need, how many extras she might need, possible envelope mistakes, things you wouldn't think of when ordering online, unless you had done it before. She made the experience a real treat. We were there for well over an hour, never did we feel pressured or rushed. I highly recommend this shop. The store itself is another complete surprise. She has beautiful, unusual cards and gifts. It is nicely displayed and while the bride to be was making her choices, we had great cards, gifts, jewelry and artwork to be able to look at. I will be going there the next time I need a specialty card. Thanks again Deb for making it such a fun day.
Soo happy with how my invitations came out! Great one on one service and loved being able to look at many options before making a decision. My experience from the moment I walked through the door to the day they were delivered was just wonderful!
